Our Goal at Hall of Fame Village


At Hall of Fame Village, our goal is to create an inclusive environment where every visitor can enjoy the same exceptional experience without any barriers. We are committed to ensuring that all guests, regardless of their background or abilities, have the opportunity to fully engage with everything our campus has to offer. Ticket Information

Guests with accessibility needs who require accessible seating can acquire their tickets using the same methods, during the same hours, and at the same stages of sales (presales, waiting lists, etc.) as guests who don't require accessible seating. Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Guests purchasing a ticket for an accessible seat have the option to purchase up to two additional seats for their companions.
  • If you have a larger group – additional seating will be provided in the nearest section available.
  • Box Office is in the Center for Performance and is open 3-hours prior to stadium events.

Getting to the Hall of Fame Village Campus - Parking/Drop-Off Information

Unity Lot: 2333 18th St NW, Canton, OH 44708

  1. Take exit 106 toward US-687
  2. Turn right onto 13th Street NW
  3. At the stop sign, turn right onto Broad Ave NW
  4. Turn right onto Helen Place NW
  5. At the corner, turn left onto Clarendon Ave NW
Honor Lot: 2020 Clearview Ave NW, Canton, OH 44708
  1. Take exit 107A toward OH-687/Fulton Rd
  2. Continue on Champions Gateway for 0.1 miles
  3. Take the second exit on the roundabout to continue onto Champions Gateway
  4. At the stop sign turn right onto Legends Lane
  5. At the next stop sign take a left into Honor Lot
Play-Action Plaza Lot: 2507 21st St NW, Canton, OH 44708

  1. Take exit 107A toward OH-687/Fulton Rd
  2. Continue on Champions Gateway for 0.1 miles
  3. Take the second exit on the roundabout to continue onto Champions Gateway
  4. At the stop sign turn right onto Legends Lane
  5. At the next stop sign turn right onto Clearview Ave NW
  6. Turn left into the Play-Action Plaza Lot

Respect Lot: 2214 George Halas Drive, NW, Canton, OH, 44708

  1. Follow I–77 to Champions Gateway and take 107A
  2. Continue straight onto Champions Gateway
  3. At the roundabout take the third exit onto George Halas Drive
  4. Turn right into the Respect Lot



Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium Entry Policy


All entry points are considered an accessible entry. Please use the following recommendation:
  • If your seats are located in sections 101-112, utilize the East Gate (located closest to I-77 (Harrison Ave) or Northwest Gate (located by The Brew Kettle).
  • If your seats are located in sections 113-117 utilize the Northwest Gate or Southwest Gate (located by the Zimmerman Symphony) entrances.
  • If your seats are located in sections 118-228 utilize the Southwest Gate entrance.

Service Animals

  • Service animals, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), are permitted within the premises when under the control of their owner and always accompanied, whereas emotional support animals and pets are not permissible.

Wheelchair & Companion Seating

  • Accessible seating for guests with disabilities is provided at all levels of Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium. There are designated seating platforms on the North and South sides of the stadium specifically designed for individuals using wheelchairs, along with two event day companions.

Accessibility Assistants

  • For guests requiring additional assistance from the entry gate to their seat, a member of the guest services team will provide a wheelchair escort from entry gate to seat and seat to exit gate. Please make requests to a member of the guest services team or security.

Sensory Inclusion

  • As a Sensory Inclusive Campus, certified by Kulture City, Hall of Fame Village has undergone specialized training to ensure that our staff members are equipped to assist individuals with sensory sensitivities and provide them with the support they need to fully enjoy their experience. Our facilities have been designed with sensory-friendly features and amenities, such as quiet areas and sensory bags containing noise-canceling headphones and fidget tools, to help individuals feel comfortable and at ease during their visit.
  • To obtain a sensory bag, visit Guest Services located on the second level of the main concourse, behind section 119.

Men’s, Women’s, and Family restrooms are located throughout the stadium, and each is equipped with baby changing stations.

Nursing mothers seeking discreet accommodations are welcome to use one of our family restrooms.

Elevators

At Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium elevators can be found on the Main/Upper concourse in section 120/220. These elevators provide access to the following floors:
  • Event Level
  • Main Concourse
  • Upper Concourse
  • Club Level and VIP
  • Luxury Suites
  • Press Box
  • Sky Deck
