As the EVP of Media, Olivia Steier oversees content development and production for the Hall of Fame Resort & Entertainment Company. During her fifteen years in the entertainment field, Olivia has held a variety of roles, primarily within the content development and casting space. Prior to joining the HOFV, she worked at Fullscreen as a Director of Original Programming, which was a SVOD (Subscription VIdeo on Demand) service under Otter Media, a joint venture between Chernin Entertainment and AT&T, where she worked on both Scripted and Unscripted programming. While at Fullscreen, she led the creative process in its entirety, from buying pitches and creating ideas to developing scripts and producing series. Some critically acclaimed shows she oversaw at the streamer were Keeping Score,” House Divided”, and Bret Easton Ellis’ directorial debut, “The Deleted”. She has also held positions FOX and the CW Network. Throughout her career, her primary responsibilities have been developing short-form and long-form television content, overseeing production, and packaging completed shows for distribution.
Olivia is a part of the program America Needs You mentorship program for first-generation college students. Olivia is a 3x New York City marathon runner and has raised thousands of dollars for the North Shore Animal League.
