“Hall of Fame Resort & Entertainment Company (Nasdaq; HOFV) is aware of the change in leadership at the Professional Football Hall of Fame. While we are two separate entities that operate independently, we are excited for Jim Porter to be taking over leadership responsibilities at the HOF and look forward to building a strong relationship with him that will benefit both organizations going forward. Importantly, today’s announcement from the HOF does not impact our organization in any way, nor will it slow down the substantial progress we are making on our strategic objectives.
